The Investment Committee primarily monitors the Company’s investment portfolio and strategy to ensure they align with, and do not breach, statutory requirements outlined in the Insurance Act and regulations imposed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC). 

The Committee is also responsible for approving the Company’s Investment Policy and ensuring the Company invests in line with the guidelines of this policy. More generally the Committee reviews and discusses the Company’s investment strategy and helps to guide management in their investment decisions.
